This guide explains how Care Plan task credits are used, including standard tasks, urgent requests, off-hours work, and separately billed items. It is designed to help you understand what is included and how credits are calculated.
🔢 What Is a Task Credit?
A task credit represents up to 30 minutes of work by our team. Most routine website updates are designed to fit within this time frame.
Each task in the Care Plan has a base credit value, depending on the type of work required. Simple updates usually cost 1 credit, while more complex tasks require more.
✅ Standard Task Credits
For most Care Plan work:
- We charge the base credits listed in the task breakdown
- Credits are deducted only when work is completed
- If a task takes longer than expected, we will inform you before proceeding
⏰ Urgent Requests (Urgent 5×)
If you request a task to be completed within 24 hours, it is treated as an urgent request.
In this case:
- The task is prioritised immediately
- Work may occur outside normal business hours
- The base credits are multiplied by 5×
Example:
A 1-credit task completed urgently will use 5 credits.
📅 Weekend & Public Holiday Work (Off Hours 3×)
If work is requested during weekends or public holidays, it is treated as off-hours work.
In this case:
- The base credits are multiplied by 3×
Example:
A 2-credit task completed on a weekend will use 6 credits.

Web Maintenance Package
Includes:
- Page, photo, and content updates without affecting design or core functionality.
- Covers 1x changes per month (limited to 30 minutes per change).
- Remaining credits do not carry forward.
- Update requests via email & Asana/Trello only.
- Access to WebHero customer success via WhatsApp group chat.
- Includes website core coding and security updates.
Excludes:
- Additional licenses for software required for LMS.
- Major design overhauls or complete redesigns.
- SEO services or digital marketing efforts.
- Hosting fees or domain registration costs.
