Adding and Managing Bank Transfers
Bank Transfer allows customers to pay directly from their bank account to yours. It’s ideal for transactions where direct payment is preferred or when offering an additional payment option.
- Enable Bank Transfer Payment Method
- Access Payment Settings:
- Log in to your store’s admin dashboard and go to the “Payments” or “Payment Methods” section.
- Add Bank Transfer Option:
- Locate and enable the “Bank Transfer” or “Direct Bank Transfer” payment method. You might need to select “Add New” or similar to include it in your payment options.
- Configure Bank Transfer Details:
- Enter your bank account information, including bank name, account number, and routing number.
- Provide instructions for customers on how to complete the transfer (e.g., include a reference number or payment notes).
- Save Changes:
- Click “Save” or “Update” to apply your bank transfer settings.
- Access Payment Settings:

- Monitor Bank Account:
- Regularly check your bank account for incoming payments. Verify that payments match the order details provided by the customer.
- Update Order Status:
- Once payment is received, log in to your admin dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Orders” section, find the relevant order, and update its status to “Completed” or “Processing” as necessary.
- Communicate with Customer:
- Send a confirmation email to the customer, notifying them that their payment has been received and their order is being processed.

Managing Other Payment Gateways
To offer a diverse range of payment options, you can integrate additional payment gateways like iPay88, eGHL, and SenangPay. Here’s how to manage these integrations:
- iPay88 Integration
- Sign Up for iPay88:
- Visit the iPay88 website and register for an account.
- Complete the verification process and obtain your merchant credentials.
- Access Payment Gateway Settings:
- In your admin dashboard, go to the “Payments” section.
- Add iPay88 Gateway:
- Look for iPay88 in the list of available payment gateways or add it if it’s not listed.
- Enter your iPay88 merchant credentials, including Merchant Code and Secret Key.
- Configure iPay88 Settings:
- Set up additional options such as payment methods and currencies as required by iPay88.
- Save and Test Integration:
- Save your settings and conduct test transactions using iPay88’s test mode to ensure everything works correctly.

- eGHL Integration
- Sign Up for eGHL:
- Go to the eGHL website and sign up for an account.
- Provide the necessary business information and obtain your eGHL merchant credentials.
- Configure Payment Settings:
- Navigate to the “Payments” section in your admin dashboard.
- Add eGHL Gateway:
- Find eGHL or add it manually if it’s not already available.
- Input your eGHL credentials, including Merchant ID and API Key.
- Set Up Additional Options:
- Configure payment options, currencies, and other settings according to eGHL’s requirements.
- Save Changes and Test:
- Save your settings and perform test transactions using eGHL’s test mode to verify proper functionality.

- Register with SenangPay:
- Visit the SenangPay website and create an account.
- Complete the required verification and obtain your SenangPay credentials.
- Access Payment Gateway Settings:

- Add SenangPay Gateway:
- Find SenangPay in the list of payment gateways or add it if necessary.
- Enter your SenangPay Merchant Key and Secret Key.
- Configure Payment Preferences:

- Save and Perform Test Transactions:
