STEP 1. In the “Email” section, click on the “Email Accounts” icon.
STEP 2. Find the email account that you want to delete and click on the “Delete” button next to it.
STEP 3. A message from cPanel will ask if you want to delete the current address. Click the “Delete” button to continue.
STEP 4. Check the address has been removed. You will see that the address is no longer listed, and a “Success” message will temporarily show, confirming its deletion.
Note: Deleting an email account will also delete all the emails associated with that account. Make sure you have backed up any important emails before deleting the account.
