In this tutorial, we will show you how to login to your email using your iOS phone.
Tip: Before setting up your account, we suggest that you copy your password first because you will be using this a number of times in the setup.
Step 1: Add account
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Add account.
Tap Other. Then Add Mail Account.
Input your email credentials (name, email address, password).
Tap Next.
Step 2: Configure
You will be taken to a New Account Screen that looks like this:
Manually input the credentials that have been provided to you.
- Host name is usually mail.yourdomain.com.
- Your Username is your email address.
- Then just paste your password on the password field.
Tap Next.
It might take a while to verify the configuration.
Once verified, you will be taken to IMAP Screen. Make sure to turn off the Notes.
Then tap Save.
Go to your Mailboxes and you will see the new account is already added.
