Credit Basics

  • Standard Task Time: Most tasks are based on taking 30 minutes. If a task takes longer, we charge extra credits.
  • Task Type: Different jobs (like adding new products or fixing issues) use different amounts of credits.

Example Scenarios

These examples show how credits are applied to common tasks.

Scenario 1: Updating Prices and Adding Product Images

  • Task 1: Update prices for 25 products
    • Credits: 1 credit (covers up to 30 products)
  • Task 2: Upload 15 product images
    • Credits: 2 credits (covers up to 20 images)

Total Credits: 3 credits


Scenario 2: Homepage Banners and Category Page

  • Task 1: Update 3 homepage banners
    • Credits: 1 credit (up to 5 banners)
  • Task 2: Create a new category page
    • Credits: 1 credit (for 1 page)

Total Credits: 2 credits


Scenario 3: Adding New Products and Updating Stock

  • Task 1: Add 8 new products to the catalog

  • Credit Range for Fixes: Fixing problems or bugs can cost between 1 and 5 credits, depending on the work involved.
